I hate to be leaving so soon. I was really interested in this project as well.

But I refuse to work with a leader who is so stubborn, they refuse to acknowledge what their fellow gamers would want and what would be healthy for their game.

This stubborn, foolish No Magic rule will kill off almost every good choice for the roster. Without an acceptable roster, your game will lose support and eventually fall apart at the seams, just like mine did.

I was hoping you could see past that and be reasonable.

Yeah, not the best leader, I can see that. I'm not leaving without more of a fight though. If he refuses to listen after a choice of me, so be it. Goodbye fellow worker. I'm sorry you must leave like this. I could see something sparking in you.
