I know I'm not the best at coming up with compromises, but I personally believe the one you've suggested is much worse. Not only does it leave both groups unsatisfied--as you still have to deal with seeing the magic-using characters in, say, Vs. Mode, and we don't get to build all the characters we want--it's downright unfair, as someone like me has neither the equipment nor the skill to build an expansion character. And to be technical, they are; you have to approve them to let others program them in.

I think that "normal" characters having a priority over the magic-using ones is fine, but your proposed solution features the same problem as the Rule--it puts a limit on the characters that can be added. So, tell me, what don't you like about my solution?

Well, shoot. I thought that would be a good one. Anyway, I'll go with the Compromised/Original Roster choice, if I can make a few changes.

First, The original roster takes priority. This means that after my Roster is finished, you can start on the other characters.

Second, I'd like it if the Original roster is the Default.

Third. Herp is the Admin that oversees the characters for your roster. I really wouldn't be cut out for it, not knowing much about magical/against the rules characters.

Okay, is this okay with everyone?

I am glad we have finally reached an agreement. It satisfies me to see that you are not impossible to reason with.
I have no problem with these modifications; if our other workers approve, we can put it in place.

I agree. But under 1 condition: Herp is NOT the overseeing person of the roster. It's really bad, and if he is overseeing it, that's bad too. I'll stop going against the rule now, because CF struck the point. I would like to take that job instead.

Then you three oversee it as a team, voting for the characters you want.
